Trays for parents and children along with a large storage bin and 3-tier canopy that has a windows that peek out to maximize sun protection.
The Cloud has one of the lowest scores on our tests of quality due to a flimsy feel with hard plastic seats, and a design that seems old-fashioned. It's also costly compared to other strollers with lighter weights and is therefore not the best option if you're looking for a low-cost option.
Although it's not the lightest double stroller, it does have enough features that are worth a look. Its swiveling front wheels make it easy to move on flat surfaces, and it is able to jump over curbs with minimal effort unlike many other light strollers that veer off course when trying to accomplish the similar thing. The low handle of the Cloud is a disadvantage but it's at knee height, and not adjustable. It's not a comfortable thing to push with your legs suspended in the air like that and it's not helping that it lacks padding.
During testing, we found that the Cloud was simple to set up and open. It's a bit more complicated to close the cloud, however. You must slide a slider, and then push a large white button for it to collapse. This can be a hassle particularly if you're trying to keep track of kids while doing it.
The Cloud has a small but deep storage basket that will be used to fit a medium-sized diaper bag. The basket is a bit narrow, and you may need to store something inside to reach the back. The Cloud has a child and parent tray with two cup holders each however they're both too narrow to accommodate larger bottles or cups.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist design, which is perfect for trips. It weighs just 18 pounds and is lighter than some single strollers. It folds flat to make it easy to transport and store. It also comes with independently reclined seats and large all-weather SPF50 sun visors with windows that peek out and extra-large under-seat storage bags. The visors are adjustable to accommodate children of different heights. It also features a parking brake that is linked in one step and is Disney-sized approved.
The swivel wheels on the Jeep are also great for maneuvering over bumps and uneven surfaces. This stroller does not accept car seats. Your child must be at least six months old and have an excellent neck control to be able to ride in the front seat. It does come with a nice, three panel sun canopy, however and each seat comes with its own snack tray, as well as cup holders for the parents.
Another extremely light side-by-side stroller is Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 pounds. However, it's smaller and thinner (26.5 inches wide!) and is packed with elegant details that make it perfect for travel. It is similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has a few key distinctions. It's more expensive but offers a more shady sun canopy and better maneuverability. It also comes with a handy carry strap and can accommodate children as heavy as 44 pounds per seat.

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a stroller that is light with lots of features. It's not just light at 13 pounds but also has plenty of storage in the form of child and parent cup holders, a child sippy-cup pocket, a parent storage pocket and much more. This stroller is also able to fit the car seat of a child and comes with a brake that is easy to engage that is flip-flop friendly. It's designed to evolve with your children from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller simply by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months of age and up.
Another thing to consider about this stroller is that it runs on swivel wheels and doesn't have any locking capabilities, so it might not be the best choice for rocky or sloping terrain. It's a great stroller for pavements, as well as other smooth surfaces, though it's an excellent choice for the majority of families.

The stroller is lightweight enough to to maneuver through door frames. This was a major issue with other strollers we tried. It folds up quickly and the handlebars are close to the ground for easy transportation. Its only drawback is its small storage space. When full of kids' stuff, it feels cramped.
